FINAL RETIREMENT NOTICE
Dr. Moore will be closing his orthodontic office by mid-December 2023. This notice was given last December, a year ago, in preparation for retirement.
All phone lines, email addresses & websites will be discontinued. The practice management software and computers with any access to any records will be shut off and unavailable. Any future orthodontic needs will be handled by another provider.
It has been my sincere pleasure to provide orthodontic and dental care in Alaska since 1981.
